You decide whether we may measure how hostess.mx is used. Rejecting analytics takes nothing away: every section, video, detail and contact option works the same.

Analytics (only if you accept)

If you accept, we measure visits and sections, details opened, WhatsApp and external link clicks, start and end of tours, time spent, loading and errors, with the device type and general source (search engine, social network). We don't record your screen, conversations or what you type, and we don't send your IP, full addresses or forms to the analytics log. Events are kept up to 90 days and only authorized partners see them in Hostess Centro.
Marketing
Today we load no advertising cookie or tool. The checkbox exists so that, if we ever use one, it only turns on with your express permission.
Record of your decision
Every time you accept, reject or change your choice, we store in Hostess's database a record with no personal data: a random identifier, the decision, the categories, the language, the page, the date and the notice version. It proves that we respect what you chose.
Change or withdraw your choice
Open Cookies from the menu or the Privacy button in the tour, change the boxes and save. Withdrawing analytics stops new events and deletes the tab identifier; it doesn't affect what was already measured. You can also delete cookies from your browser.
