Site information and owner. This is the official website of the Kinetix Pharma brand and it is operated by the owner of the brand. Its purpose is informational and commercial: to present the catalog, the product sheets, distributor sign-up and the contact channels. Permitted use and user accounts. The site is offered for lawful personal or professional use. You may not copy or bulk-extract its content, resell it, interfere with its operation or its security, or use it to distribute advertising or unlawful content. You must be of legal age to use the site and to request information. If the site ever offers registration or a user account, the details you register must be true and current, the password is personal and non-transferable, you are responsible for whatever is done from your account, and we may suspend it if we detect misuse.
Orders, prices and availability. This site does not charge or process payments: it is an informational catalog. The sale, the payment, the invoice, the shipping and the returns are operated by the official NoNatty store (nonatty.com for the United States and nonatty.mx for Mexico), which has its own terms, its own shipping and return policies and its own privacy notice; when you buy there, you contract with that store. Prices, promotions and availability are shown and confirmed in the store, may change without prior notice and are only binding once the store confirms the order. The photographs and descriptions on this site are illustrative: presentation may vary between batches.
Catalog for professional use. The Kinetix Pharma catalog contains information on products for professional use and is intended for health professionals, authorized distributors and adults with a professional interest in that information. By entering the catalog you declare that you fall into one of those categories. That information is not advertising directed at the general public, it is not a recommendation for use, and it does not replace the assessment, the prescription or the follow-up of a health professional. The use of the products and compliance with the health, customs and sports regulations applicable in the buyer's country are the responsibility of whoever acquires them.
Intellectual property. The trademarks, logos, trade names, product names, texts, photographs, illustrations, design and code of this site are protected under the Mexican Federal Copyright Law and the Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property, and belong to their owner or to whoever authorized their use by us. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, in particular the Commercial Code, the Federal Civil Code and the Federal Consumer Protection Law. For any dispute over their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Mexican States and waive any other venue that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles. In consumer matters, the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) is competent through the administrative route.
