We lower the cost, build the strategy and make everything it sells with.
We don't put up the building. We bring the builder and the suppliers, we negotiate what the work costs, we decide who it's sold to and at what price, and we make the renders, the site and the attention every buyer gets.

The two subdivisions and the shopping centre go without a name here because we don't have one yet. When they have one, it goes in — not before.
// How we come in
Four steps, in this order.
01
We bring your build cost down.
We bring in the suppliers and the builder we already work with. What for you is a one-off quote is volume for us — and that difference stays with you.
- A real comparison, not a single quote
- Builder and distributors from our network
- The saving shows up in the number, not in the promise
02
We build the strategy before the first brick.
Who we're selling to, at what price, in what order and with what argument. A development defined at the desk sells long before one defined on site.
- A study of the area and of who you're really competing with
- Price per unit and per phase, backed by numbers
- What sells first, and why
03
We make the entire presence.
Renders, walkthroughs, photography, video, the development's own site and social. It looks finished before it is — exactly what a presale buyer needs.
- Renders and walkthroughs built on your plan and your land
- The development's own site, alive on a phone
- Even the art that goes inside gets chosen
04
And whoever asks doesn't get lost.
The same automation we put into a company goes here: whoever asks about a unit gets an answer, a fact sheet and an appointment, at any hour.
- WhatsApp with real prices and availability
- Follow-up on the buyer who didn't come back
- Everything sold on record, not in a notebook
// Questions
What developers ask before they hand it over.
Who helps me sell a real estate development in Guadalajara, with strategy and digital presence?
Hostess, out of Guadalajara, Jalisco. We come into the whole development: we improve the cost with the builder and suppliers in our network, we build the commercial strategy and we make all the presence it sells with — 3D renders and walkthroughs on your own plan, photo and video of the real progress, the project's site and the attention every prospect gets. We work across Guadalajara, Zapopan and the rest of Jalisco.
Are Torre Nara and Amara Habitat the same thing?
No. Amara Habitat is the complete development by Azhari Desarrollos, and Torre Nara is the first piece going inside it. That's why the tower can already be walked in 3D while the rest of the project is still on paper.
Do you build?
We don't put up the building: we bring the builder and the suppliers we already work with, we negotiate the cost, and we run the strategy and the whole sale. If you already have a builder, we work with yours.
How do you charge?
It depends which part we do. It can be for the presence and strategy work, for a share of the development's result, or a mix. It's agreed before we start and it goes in writing.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. We've come in on everything from cabins and small towers to residential developments. What decides whether it makes sense isn't the size — it's whether there's room to improve the cost or the sale.
Are the renders real, or off a catalogue?
They're made on your plan and your land, from real reference. A render that doesn't come out of your project is no use selling your project.
What if it's already built and it isn't selling?
That's one of the most common cases. You come in through price, product and presence: usually the problem isn't the property, it's how it's being told and to whom.
