Dr. Alejandro Leal during a consultation at the Liposser clinic in Guadalajara

Book a consultation

One hour with the surgeon,
and a plan you can hold.

By video in your own time zone if you are abroad, or in person in Guadalajara. You are not committing to surgery by sending this — you are asking a specialist what your options actually are, including the option of not operating.

Tell us what is bothering you

The fields marked with an asterisk are the only ones we truly need. Everything else helps us prepare your consultation properly, but you can leave it blank.

Please write your name.
We need a valid number. Pick your country code on the left, then type the rest. This is how we confirm your appointment. If your country is not on the list, choose “Other country” and write the full number with its + sign.
Something looks off in that email address.
Tell us where you are writing from. This is what tells us whether to offer you a video call and how to plan your stay.
Pick every one that concerns you: touch the point on the body or the card, and they add up.

Only if you already have a name in mind. Leaving it on “not sure yet” is a perfectly normal way to arrive at a consultation.
If you live outside Mexico, start with a video call. It is enough to give you a plan and a written quote before you book any flight.
We schedule in your hours, not ours.
A rough idea is fine. Do not book flights yet — wait until you have your written quote and a confirmed surgical date.
What you write here is read by the medical team. The more context, the better prepared your consultation is.
We need your consent before we can reply to you. Your details are used only to contact you and for your clinical record. They are not shared with third parties and are not used to advertise anything else to you.

What happens after you send this

  • 1 · Your request reaches the clinic team. Not an inbox nobody opens.
  • 2 · We reply the same business day. If you write outside working hours, first thing the next business day, allowing for the time difference.
  • 3 · We agree a date and a format. Video call in your time zone, or in person in Guadalajara.
  • 4 · You get a written confirmation. Day, time in your zone and ours, the current consultation fee, and what to have ready.
  • 5 · You have your consultation. An hour with Dr. Leal, and you leave with a written plan.

How long it takes and what is done

60 minutes

Full medical history, assessment of the area, a realistic conversation about what you are hoping for, and an honest recommendation: a procedure, a treatment that does not involve an operating room, or waiting. At the end you receive the plan in writing and, where it applies, your quote with everything it includes and everything it does not.

Have these ready for the call

  • A list of your medication and supplements, with doses
  • Any relevant medical history, and previous operative reports if you have had surgery
  • Recent lab work, if you already have it
  • Good light and a connection that will hold for an hour
  • Your questions, written down — people forget them otherwise

Bring whatever you already have — all of it is optional, and all of it makes the hour more useful.

Flying in for this?

Start with the video call. The written quote comes out of it, and the sequence is deliberate: quote first, flight second. Body contouring means 10 to 14 days in Guadalajara, and that is what your trip is planned around.

Prefer to just message us?

Write on WhatsApp and a person answers. No figure can be quoted over a message before an assessment, but every other question is fair game.

The hour itself

An examination, your history, what is realistic for your anatomy, and the option of not operating — said out loud rather than left for you to infer.

Before you send it

Questions about the consultation itself

Does sending this commit me to anything?
No. It requests a consultation. You are not booking surgery, not paying anything and not agreeing to a date. A good number of consultations end with a recommendation to wait, or to do something that does not involve an operating room at all.
Is the consultation free?
The consultation has a fee, and you are told what it is in writing when we confirm your appointment — before you commit to the time. It buys an hour with a board-certified plastic surgeon and a written plan, which is a different thing from a sales call.
Will I get a price in the consultation?
Yes, when a procedure is indicated for you. It comes as a written, itemised quote in Mexican pesos with a separate list of what is quoted separately. The closed figure follows the assessment — that is what makes it a price rather than a guess, here or anywhere.
Can I be seen by video from another country?
Yes, and it is the normal first step for patients abroad. It is scheduled in your time zone. The one thing it leaves for the day after you land is the physical examination, which and is when the plan is finally confirmed or adjusted.
Can the consultation be in English?
Yes. Mention it in the message and it is arranged for the call, for your visits in Guadalajara, and for your written quote and post-operative instructions.
What if I do not know which procedure I want?
That is the better position to arrive in. Choose "Not sure yet", describe the area that bothers you, and let the assessment decide the procedure. People who arrive certain of a procedure name are the ones most often having the wrong operation proposed to them.
