The Liposser boutique inside the clinic in Guadalajara

Boutique · Guadalajara

The one part of the clinic
with the price
on the label.

Thirty products, from 400 to 23,000 Mexican pesos. It is not a gift shop: it is what you use before surgery and what supports your recovery afterwards. Which is why this page is arranged by moment — what belongs in week 1, what belongs in week 6 — and not by shelf.

Why it exists

The wrong garment can cost you part of the result.

Half of what happens after contouring surgery is settled at home: whether you wore the right garment for the right hours, whether you looked after the scar when it mattered, whether you kept up the sunscreen. None of that is bought well on a hunch.

So the boutique sits inside the clinic, and this page is built as a guide rather than a window display: first which moment you are in, then what is used in that moment. With the price in plain sight, which is the least common part of all.

The four families

Thirty products,
four things they do.

We talk in families rather than item by item, because what you need comes out of your consultation: the same surgery in two people can call for different garments.

Post-surgical

Compression garments

The item that weighs most on the result, and the one most often bought wrong. There is a garment for each operated area and for each stage: the one for the first weeks is not the one for the second month, and the size is settled with you, not over the internet.

  • Garments by area: abdomen and flanks, arms, thighs, thoracic
  • Stages: the first weeks, and the transition stage
  • Additional compression pieces, indicated case by case
  • Size and fit checked at the clinic
Home routine

Medical-grade skincare

Formulas used under indication, with actives and concentrations that are not sold over any counter. They are handed over with instructions on when to start and when to stop, because several are paused before a procedure.

  • Cleansing and support for the skin barrier
  • Antioxidants for daily use
  • Sunscreen, required in every protocol
  • Specific scar care, when your surgeon indicates it
Pigmentation

Depigmenting protocols

Not a product on its own: a sequence with phases, where products come in and drop out in different weeks. Outside that sequence, and without daily sunscreen, the protocol holds nothing up.

  • Preparation phase for the skin
  • Active phase, monitored in consultation
  • Maintenance phase
  • Daily sunscreen throughout the whole protocol
Maintenance

Body care

What carries the body day to day between visits: hydration, firmness, and care of the skin over treated areas. It is the entry family of the catalogue and the one that repeats most.

  • Body hydration and firmness
  • Care of the skin over treated areas
  • Additions to the routine indicated in consultation

Catalogue prices run between 400 and 23,000 Mexican pesos depending on the item. The current price of what you need is confirmed to you when you place the order, before any payment. Products are supplied under indication; none of them replaces medical treatment or your surgeon’s instructions.

Inside the clinic

The boutique is one of the four units under the same roof, a few steps from consultation — which is why a garment can be checked on the same visit.

What goes before and what goes after

Week by week,
and not all at once.

This calendar is a guide, and it describes a body contouring procedure. Yours is handed to you in writing in consultation, and it overrides anything you read here.

WhenWhat you useWhy then
4 to 6 weeks before surgeryMedical-grade skincare and daily sunscreenSo you arrive with your skin in its best condition and the routine already a habit
2 weeks beforeYou stop whatever your surgeon tells you to stopSome actives are paused before a procedure; you are told which ones and when
The week beforeCompression garment already bought and tried onBuying it with the date on top of you is the most common way to end up with the wrong size

Weeks 3 to 6Transition garment and, once authorised, scar careScar care begins when your surgeon authorises it, not before and not on your own

Sizing

A garment size is not your clothing size.

It is taken from measurements, and it takes into account the swelling of the stage you are in. That is why it is worth having it checked at the clinic, or sending us your measurements over WhatsApp, before you buy anything.

Not your street size
A compression garment is fitted from measurements, not from the size you wear day to day.
Your stage counts
Swelling changes across the weeks, so which week you are in is part of the measurement.
Checked before you buy
At the clinic, or by sending the measurements over WhatsApp first.
Bought before the date
The week before surgery, already tried on. Not the morning after.
What it does not do
Compression is part of the post-operative management your surgeon indicates. On its own it does not replace instructions, check-ups or rest.

How to order

Order here or over WhatsApp,
and the price is confirmed to you.

Tell us what you need, or which moment you are in — whether you have a surgery date, whether you are just out of one, whether you are after the pigmentation protocol — and the item, the size and the current price are confirmed to you before any payment. If you are a patient of the clinic, it is cross-checked against your record.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged at the clinic in Guadalajara, Jalisco, or by courier, depending on the item. It is confirmed when you place the order, together with the price. The exact address and directions are confirmed when you book.

Travelling in for surgery

If you are flying in, sizing is checked here — so the garment belongs in the days before surgery, not in the days after. The stay calendar and what to bring are on the international patients page.

Please write your name so we can reply to you.
We need a valid number, and your country code. Pick your country code, then the number without it.

Four units, one roof

The boutique is a few steps
from the consulting room.

Surgery, the laser room, the Longevity Hub and the boutique share one address in Providencia, Guadalajara. That is the practical part: what you are told in consultation can be picked up on the same visit, and checked by the same people.

Questions and answers

About the boutique

How much do the products cost?
The catalogue runs from 400 to 23,000 Mexican pesos depending on the item: compression garments and complete protocols sit at the top of the range, body care at the entry end. The current price of what you need is confirmed to you when you place the order, before you pay.
Can I buy if I am not a patient of the clinic?
Yes. What we ask is that, if it is a post-surgical compression garment, you tell us which area was operated on and which week you are in, so the item and the size are the right ones.
How do I know which garment size I need?
It is not settled by your clothing size. It is taken from measurements, allowing for the swelling of the stage you are in, which is why it is worth having it checked at the clinic or sending us the measurements over WhatsApp before you buy.
Does a compression garment prevent complications?
Not on its own. Compression is part of the post-operative management your surgeon indicates and it helps the process, but it does not replace their instructions, your check-ups or your rest. Anyone who tells you a garment guarantees you a result is selling you more than they have.
Can I keep using my usual products after a procedure?
It depends what is in them. Some actives are stopped before and after certain procedures. Bring them in, or send us a photo of the label, and you will be told which ones continue and which ones pause.
Do you ship?
Delivery is arranged at the clinic in Guadalajara or by courier depending on the item. It is confirmed at the moment of the order, together with the price.

What you take home is decided in consultation

The list of what you actually need — garment, stage, scar care, sunscreen — comes out of your assessment with Dr. Alejandro Leal, plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon, and it is handed to you in writing. This page is here so that you arrive knowing what to ask.
