Longevity Hub · Guadalajara
Fifteen aesthetic-care and wellness treatments, grouped into four families. What separates this from any other spa in the city is not the table or the music. It is that the indication here is signed by a plastic surgeon with a specialty license, and your record is the same one the rest of the clinic uses.
Why here and not at a spa
At a spa you get offered whatever is on the menu. Here, before anything is offered, somebody can tell you that what you need is not a facial but a consultation — or the other way round, that it is not your moment for the operating room and that what you need is a year of maintenance.
Only someone with the training to stand behind that sentence can say it. The Longevity Hub works under the medical direction of Dr. Alejandro Leal, plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon — his specialty license, verifiable, is at the foot of this page — and shares a record with the operating room and with the K-Laser room.
Providencia, Guadalajara
Low light, quiet rooms and a treatment table. The part you can see is the easy part; the part that matters is who decides what happens on it.
The four families
We group them into families rather than printing a twenty-line menu, because what decides which one is yours is not the name of the treatment. It is what you want to look after, and where you are right now.
The maintenance family people ask for most. It works on the surface: cleansing, hydration and luminosity, taken to a depth that is only reached under medical indication.
Rather than filling, this stimulates. These are protocols meant to have the skin build its own support over time, which is why they are measured in months rather than in one-off sessions.
This is where the least glamorous and most decisive work lives: what happens to the body between a surgery and its final result.
The family it is easiest to exaggerate about, so here it is put the other way round: these are treatments that support aesthetic care and general wellness, under medical indication, with expectations set out in writing.
The current catalogue and the indication for each treatment are confirmed at your assessment. Not every treatment applies to every person, and some cannot be performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain health conditions.
At what rhythm
Usual ranges, for orientation. Your own schedule comes out of the assessment and is written down before you pay for anything.
| Family | What it is used for | Usual rhythm | Is it maintenance? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Facial rejuvenation | Holding the quality of the skin of the face | Monthly or every two months, by season | Yes, this is the typical maintenance |
| Biostimulators and collagen | Stimulating the skin’s own support | In a series, with reviews at 3 and 6 months | Yes, on a schedule set at consultation |
| Body contouring and care | Supporting recovery and maintenance | Weekly in the first weeks after surgery | Depends where you are in the process |
| Regenerative medicine and wellness | Support for aesthetic care and habits | By program, reviewed periodically | Yes, within a program |

The programs
A procedure does not begin in the operating room, and it does not end when the compression garment comes off. These programs put the before and the after in order, and they are the reason most of our patients keep coming back once they have nothing left to operate on.
Preparing the skin of the area and adjusting your routine at home with what you are given at the boutique. Anything that has to be stopped is stopped.
Skin and habits, following medical indication. Nothing new or aggressive is done here: the point is to arrive at surgery calm.
Compression garment, check-ups and rest. The Hub does not step in until the surgeon authorises it, and that restraint is part of looking after the result.
With medical authorisation: post-surgical drainage, scar care and support for the contour while the swelling comes down.
Maintenance: skin, firmness and scar. This is the point where a patient stops being a surgery and becomes sustained care.

When maintenance calls for technology — texture, firmness, pigmentation — the Hub works with the six technologies in that room, on the same indication and the same record.

What you do at home holds up what is done on the table. Compression garments, medical-grade skincare and depigmenting protocols, with published prices.

Who indicates and who applies
The indication comes from Dr. Alejandro Leal, plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon; his specialty license, verifiable, is at the foot of this page. First it is decided whether this is what you actually need, and if it is not, you are told so.
